The Morayfield Development Fund was established to provide preferred equity to support the development of a medical facility located in Morayfield, QLD. The integrated primary healthcare centre comprised 13,164 sqm of lettable area and parking for 313 cars and was developed in partnership with an experienced medical development partner, with key pre-lease commitments in place to a number of national tenants.

Investment Rationale

The Investment strategy for the Fund was to invest in a Project which had the potential to generate strong development profits, led by an experienced development team, and provide Investors with exposure to the relatively fast growing healthcare sector. On a more localised level, the investment strategy was underpinned by a detailed analysis of the local healthcare system, which identified high community demand for healthcare services, along with an underlying shortage of health care professionals
